Please note $30 deposit is to secure your appointment, this will be deducted off your appointment in clinic.
Total fee is $120 - Hicaps provided onsite. This includes a Chiropractic, Orthopedic and neurological assessment as well as the report of findings on a subsequent visit.
Please note this does not include any treatment- this will be a subsequent fee of between $60-$65

New Pregnant Chiropractic Patient - $30.00

Total fee is $150 inclusive of initial consultation and report of findings on a subsequent visit as well as any treatment services.

New Patient EPC Referral - $30.00

For new patients only

This is for new clients to the practice who have an EPC referral from your GP.
You will need to bring your EPC referral and Medicare card on the day. Please note your EPC covers only a portion of the visit and you will have to pay a gap fee of $59.70 on the day less your deposit.
Please note this does not include any treatment- this will be a subsequent fee of between $60-$65
Subsequent visit gap payment is approximately $4.7 unless you hold a concession pension or student card.

Inactive Patient Reactivate Adjustment 12 Months - $30.00

For existing patients only

For exciting Chiropractic patients of Baldivis Wellness Centre who have not been to the practice in 12 months or longer.
This is a longer consultation where the Chiropractor will conduct an updated assessment. Adjustment included.
$90 with the $30 booking fee deducted + private health deductions
